My classes are creative, dynamic and organic.

I love to share my passion for Yoga.

And motivate others to evolve in this path. I will encourage you to get on your mat and discover what it is there for you.

Currently, I am based in Madrid (Spain), where I teach my face-to-face classes on a regular basis. I also teach online classes via ZOOM.

I teach and practice Hatha Yoga, Dynamic Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga. I have tried and eventually practice other styles that I also like a lot like Asthanga Yoga, Jivamukti Yoga, Rocket Yoga or Yin Yoga. I am, together with my partner, self-taught in acroyoga, a style that I am passionate about and in which I would love to delve into more in the future.

In my classes I seek to create a pleasant and safe space for self-knowledge, which favors achieving greater general well-being from consciousness, working from physical aspects to more subtle aspects. The basis of my classes is Hatha Yoga, so I propose precision, alignment and energetic coherence, but with a clear focus or influence by the flow of dynamic Yoga. Of course, with the breath always present, always the protagonist of our practice, like that anchor that allows us to mindful be in the present moment.

In my classes you will find a more traditional Hatha Yoga practice to a more dynamic style based on Vinyasa Yoga. Due to my facet as a dancer you will be able to perceive the existence of the fusion with dance that allows the body to express itself and be in a freer, less conditioned way. We will practice from the movement awareness, stillness (and movement in that stillness) and from breathing, to meet our inner selves, improving our quality of life from active internal listening and physical activity.

I aim to propose classes that are adapted to the reality of each person, with various levels and that promote the evolution of each practice. An evolution at all levels, from the physical to the spiritual one.

it proposes a personal journey of self-knowledge.

Through seeking to quiet the fluctuations of the mind and connect with our essence. In my classes we will honor the search for that union with ourselves and with everything else that shapes our lives, so that through practice we might find a path to our well-being, so we can live a healthier and mindful lifestyle.

I trust that the Yoga practice will give you as much as it does to me.

He tenido mis reticencias y prejuicios en cuanto a la práctica de meditación, Yoga y otras disciplinas relacionadas. Me suele costar relajarme, hacer caso a mi cuerpo, al estado de mi mente y emociones.

Gracias a Paula, y a sus clases de Yoga, todo lo que pensaba ha cambiado y necesito esa energía cada semana para relajarme o recargarme, cada día es diferente, ¡¡incluso de forma online llega!!.
